Ivory Coast started on Tuesday a four-year, USD962million (N190.5billion) project to add a second container terminal at the Port of Abidjan and extend the Vridi Canal, a key link connecting this West African shipping hub to the Atlantic.

House of Representatives has asked the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) and the Consumers Protection Council (CPC) to ensure the enforcement of the ban on importation, smuggling, trading and consumption of foreign poultry products in Nigeria.
